These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the works, software, games, music, and other digital creations made available by Advik Chaudhary ("Developer", "I", "me", or "my"), collectively referred to as the "Works". By accessing, downloading, or using any of the Works, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using or accessing any of my Works, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use or access any of my Works.
2. Use of the Works
You may use the Works for personal, educational, or non-commercial purposes. Redistribution or resale of my unmodified Works for commercial gain is strictly prohibited.
You are, however, permitted to modify, extend, or integrate my Works into your own original creations. In such cases, you may distribute or sell your modified version, provided that:
•Your work represents a substantial and original addition or transformation.
•You clearly credit Advik Chaudhary as the creator of the original work.
•You do not misrepresent the original work as entirely your own or as officially endorsed by me.
3. Reverse Engineering & Cracking
You are not permitted to decompile, reverse engineer, tamper with, or bypass any technical protection or licensing mechanisms included in the Works. Any such activity will constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent revocation of access to my software and related services.
4. Open-Source Contributions
Some of my Works, or portions of them, may be made available under open-source licenses. You are welcome to study, modify, and build upon these components. You may even distribute or sell your own modified versions, provided your contributions respect any open-source licenses and do not misrepresent my authorship or ownership of the original Works.
5. Rights and License Revocation
All rights not expressly granted remain with Advik Chaudhary. I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to suspend, revoke, or terminate any license or permission granted under these Terms, including access to my Works, at any time and for any reason. Such actions may be taken to protect my intellectual property, maintain software integrity, or enforce compliance with these Terms.
6. Future Monetization & Advertising
While many of the Works are currently provided free of charge, I reserve the right to introduce monetization, advertisements, or premium features in the future. Any such changes will be implemented in compliance with applicable laws and store policies, and may be reflected in updated Terms.
7. Third-Party Services & Distribution
Some Works may be distributed or made available through third-party platforms (such as app stores, websites, or online marketplaces). Each platform may have its own terms and policies, and your use of such platforms is subject to their respective rules in addition to these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Works are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. I make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability. You use the Works at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Works, including but not limited to data loss, software malfunction, or device issues.
10. Updates and Modifications
I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of the Works at any time without prior notice. These Terms may also be updated periodically, and continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Works shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

This Privacy Policy describes how Advik Chaudhary ("Developer", "I", "me", or "my") collects, uses, and protects your information when you access or use my works, software, games, websites, or any other digital creations ("Works"). By using any of my Works, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Currently, my Works do not require you to provide any personal information to use them. However, certain Works or features may, now or in the future, collect limited data such as:

My Works are generally suitable for a all audiences, but are not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes that their child has provided personal data, they may contact me for deletion of such information.
